Sky Lake is a place like no other.  It was there, on my first camping trip, that I knew that God had something special for me to do.   It took forty years, something like the Israelites wandering in the wilderness, to realize that God was calling me to the ministry.  On return visits to Sky Lake I would always walk around the Lake until I came to the area called Sunset Trist.  It is here where I like to sit and look across the lake and experience and know that "Our God is an awesome God."
